MEET OUR DOCTOR: MASON AUTHEMENT, OD

Dr. Mason Authement was born and raised in Montegut, Louisiana and lives in Houma, Louisiana with his wife, Lindsey, and their four daughters. He graduated from Nicholls State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and is a 2014 graduate of Southern College of Optometry in Memphis Tennessee. During his time in Memphis, he and his wife participated in medical mission trips with SVOSH (Student Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity) in Honduras and Merida, Mexico. Dr. Authement is a member of AOA (American Optometric Association), OAL (Optometry Association of Louisiana) and Knights of Columbus.
